Orders, Payment & Availability
Orders are subject to stock and confirmation via email/SMS:
- Availability: We may refuse if out of stock.
- Prices: In PHP, include VAT – shown at checkout.
- Payment: GCash, card, COD – secure via third-party (no details stored).
- Research tie: Supports frequent orderers (47.1% daily/rarely in survey).
Cancellations, Refunds & Allergens
Policies protect consumers (addressing survey health concerns):
- Cancellations: Within 5-10 min via site – no changes after prep starts.
- Refunds: For errors/wrong items (report within 30 min) – processed in 7 days.
- Allergens: Shared kitchen risk – check info (e.g., nuts/seafood for 62.5% hiding restrictions); not liable for reactions
- Perishables: Best fresh – no refunds for change of mind.
Limitation of Liability & Contact
We limit liability under PH law for student trust:
- No indirect losses/delays beyond control (e.g., traffic).
- Total liability: Order value max.
